Will receive 135 minutes of instruction, from a certified body checking specialist.  Focus will be to teach players how to safely and effectively give and receive a body check. We will teach the 4 stages of checking. Instructors will include Graham Thomas or Sven Butenschon and other Bulldog coaches and UBC players.  Age Group 2014's and some 2013's primarly, some select 2015's and 2012's.

A crash mini course to help prepare players for tryouts and full contact in spring hockey.
