This forward-specific camp is designed to continue developing high-level individual and team-based offensive skills. Key areas of focus include:

• Elite scoring skills development – positioning, skating mechanics, agility, deceptive skating, shooting, and puck patience.

• Elite team scoring tactics – generating offence through odd-man situations (2-on-1, 3-on-1, 3-on-2, etc.), initiating attacks from multiple areas of the offensive zone, effective zone entry options, and creating a motion-based offence built around a five-player attack.

• Effective forechecking – regaining puck possession and transitioning quickly from pressure to scoring threats.

• Effective backchecking – regaining puck control and rapidly transitioning to offence and attacking the opposing net.

• Roles and responsibilities through the neutral zone and in the defensive end.

• Competitive and small-area games designed to reinforce and apply learned skills and tactics in game-like situations.

The majority of each session will focus on forward-specific concepts. However, portions of the camp will integrate these concepts into full game scenarios alongside defensemen to ensure practical application.

Coaching will be led by Connor McDonald and Cavin Tilsley, with additional guest coaches. There are 9 TUESDAY sessions starting April 7th 6:15 am - 7:20 and finishing on June 2nd 2026. Cost is $600 plus gst.
