Summer Camp / Week #4 / Body Contact Clinc / 2012's - 2013's (2011 females)

This clinic is for players to learn the safe and proper skills of using body contact in hockey. Whether that is how to throw a proper check, puck protect or take a check...you will learn all the correct ways to use these skills. All 4 steps/stages of checking will be taught. 1. Skating/Angling 2. Stick Checks 3. Body Contact and Body Checking. Players will also put these concepts into game situations in the camp.

Sessions will be lead by Graham Thomas a certified Body Checking coach.

Monday - Tuesday: 5:15pm / RINK #5
