Invite only High Performance Spring Development - 2014 Female Only
Details:
We are offering an invite only camp for the top 2013/14 players. Players will train with UBC Coaches Graham Thomas, Partap Sandhu, Haneet Parhar and other UBC players and Guest Coaches. 12 sessions start April 6 and ending June 22nd. $700 for the camp. 5:30 pm. Sunday’s at Langley Sportsplex.
Players also have the option of doing extra training with Complex Hockey before or after their session.
Video analysis of stride efficiency on the skating treadmill and the biomechanics of a strong/accurate wrist shot, backhand, snap shots
Group 1 - 4-5:15pm - 5:30pm ice - 4-6 players - $50 per player
Group 2 - 5:15-6:30pm - 6:45pm ice - 4-6 players - $50 per player
Group 3 - 6:30-7:45pm - 8pm ice - 4-6 players - $50 per player
