Body Contact Clinc / Primarily 14U and 16U age 

This clinic is for all females wanting to learn the safe and proper skills of using body contact in hockey. Whether that is how to throw a proper check, puck protect or take a check...you will learn all the correct ways to use these skills. All 4 steps/stages of checking will be taught. 1. Skating/Angling 2. Stick Checks 3. Body Contact and Body Checking. Players will also put these concepts into game situations in the camp. The female game is changing with modified checking at younger ages and the game from the Professionals down becoming more physical. Start your preparation for the change during this camp.

Sessions will be lead by Graham Thomas a certified Body Checking coach.
